The place for award program owners - who have what it takes to achieve a rating with this provider; for web site owners - whose site design talents have what it takes to earn a web site award rated by this provider and for surfers - who want to visit quality to outstanding designed and presented sites with diverse topics and content from all over the globe.

: Awards Treasure Chest whose aim is to strive for excellence around the globe and help to better the internet one web site at a time!

: Belgica Excellence Index where one finds a pure Belgian Award Program rating index that wishes to reward “ excellence through technical achievements. ”

: F.R.I Award-Index where award programs will be rated on their design, originality, creativity, graphics and content with special attention paid to the graphic design, a quality award graphic, harmony of site colors, simple navigation and content.

: The purpose of establishing this Association was to bring forth quality, dignity and fairness to the rating of award programs by providing applicants with all their point values, in the areas listed in the General Criteria. This will help applicants to know which areas to work on so they may obtain a higher rating within I.W.A.R.A when they apply for an upgrade.
