The ATGP Award was established early 2005 and is one of the very few rated award programs based on the theme "Genealogy". This Award Program honors websites with genealogical and resource value. Sites that rise above others in both graphics and genealogical information and that are well designed can be nominated for this award. There are three levels of excellence: Gold, Silver and Bronze. All winners of the Gold award are eligible for "Site of the Year" consideration. Main goal of the award program is to stimulate and award all the work applicants put in their genealogy and in building a web site that's worthy to present that work.
