e are seeking to employ, on a voluntary basis, a web site ( award program ) evaluator who can work within a team and who will enhance all that we currently offer to our applicants. It is not required although it would be preferred, if you have an Award Program, that it be listed with us. We invite expressions of interest from all who desire to apply.
We are interested in persons who can provide
- the inner character to protect the confidentiality of WebsAwards,
complainants, fellow team members and applicants regardless of the circumstances.
- unrestrained objectivity at all times.
- ethical stability.
- never-ending patience.
- the skill of using both 'fuzzy logic' and lateral thinking - moving
'outside the square' as required to achieve well balanced sound ethical
solutions.
- decision innovation and creativity combined with justice and ethical
integrity.
- a non-compromising attitude towards regulations as written.
- respect towards all applicants, members and fellow staff workers regardless
of the circumstances.
- an acceptance that none of us ever know everything - that we learn
new things every day and we all grow with the continual knowledge gained
from others.
