f you are considering applying for a rating with us but have concerns over any aspect of what we offer, how your award program will be assessed or perhaps just general items you wish to discuss then please contact us. We are unable to help if we are unaware of your concerns. Your communications will remain confidential to Administration ( who play no part in your potential assessments ) and we will strive to meet your needs as best we can. WebsAwards WANTS to help; we want to GROW, to IMPROVE all we offer and your concerns will be of great help to us. Please use the ' Discussion ' option in the Subject box of our Contact form.

We are seeking to employ, on a voluntary basis, a web site ( award program ) evaluator who can work within a team and who will enhance all that we currently offer to our applicants. It is not required although it would be preferred, if you have an Award Program, that it be listed with us. Please check the Staff Vacancies link in our navigation for further information. We invite expressions of interest from all who desire to apply.

WebsAwards has changed the way it does things and believe that these changes will make it easier for applicants to see exactly what is required to achieve our ratings. Please refer to upper right side navigation links Rating Case Study, General Requirements and Criteria Rubric. Award Programs presently rated with WebsAwards will maintain the current ratings held, however all new applications and / or rating upgrade applications from the date of July 21st 2008 will be evaluated according to our new method. The new method follows a logical progression of skill level, displays what is expected in a clearly delineated manner and each skill level can be viewed in its entirety thus can only be of benefit to applicants and evaluators alike.

Please note: No applications will be accepted until July 21st 2008 in order to allow our Staff time to familiarize themselves with the changes.

WebsAwards Help Now! went online October 6 - 2006 with the primary purpose of assisting persons new to the creation of a web site presence and to introduce them to the wonderful world of award giving and award program creation. Help Now! is part of an international joint effort of many organizations within the award community. This inclusive approach by all participating organizations will provide peer to peer assistance, resources, areas of interest, expertise, tutorials, webmaster tricks and tips; it is open ended by linking in a meaningful way to the vast resources within each organization and their individual memberships, subject only to the submission and editorial policies ( TOS ) of each organization.

New URL? New design? New email? Temporarily suspended your award program?

Please inform WebsAwards Administration of any major changes in reference to your Award Program. This will enable us to keep your records up to date, provide correct references for guests and avoid the chance of losing your rating through a suspension because we are unable to access your AP or contact you. Be advised that major award program design changes including criteria etc may no longer meet WebsAwards Criteria and if this is the case the award program rating will need to be re-considered. Always remember - if we can't find you - we can't list you! You may temporarily suspend your award program for up to three ( 3 ) months without this affecting your award program listing and rating if an email informing WebsAwards Administration of your situation is sent in order that an appropriate amendment may be displayed with your listing. Your current rating badges: Your WebsAwards rating badges must remain displayed and linked to WebsAwards during your award program suspension timeframe. If you require a time extension over and above the three ( 3 ) months we have allocated, please make your request to us in writing. Each situation will be handled on an individual basis.

I S Y O U R A W A R D P R O G R A M U P T O D A T E ?

Are your award program winners and status pages current? It is important that you contact us with information about your award program for if your winners and / or status pages have not been updated over a timeframe of three ( 3 ) months your listing with WebsAwards will be removed and you will receive an email from us about your award programs listing removal. If your listing is removed there will be no guarantee of reinstatement at the same rating level held prior to the listing removal. Each situation will be handled on an individual basis. You will receive one ( 1 ) email notification only.
